Re: The MEGA SWAT Kast - Romancing the Spore

Yet another fun SWAT Kast! All the participants brought their A game, and MoDaD obviously put a lot of effort into inserting the audio clips and editing the whole thing. I'm really looking forward to the next episode, for reasons that will be obvious to anyone who listens to the end of this episode....

Re: Succubus! (The Curse of Kataluna) Plot Summary

Also I think I remember Lance Falk bringing up ideas about two parters. It might be easier to have a side story of a supporting character that way. Yes, if SWAT Kats had gotten an order for 65 episodes like it should have, the writers would have had many chances to play with the format and deepen c...

Re: Succubus! (The Curse of Kataluna) Plot Summary

And the irritating thing is that the script could have simply called for a busted radio where Felina couldn't call out, so the Enforcers wouldn't look bad for nothing. That is an excellent point. But then again, I think way too hard about these things. I prefer to look at it as the writers not thin...

Re: Succubus! (The Curse of Kataluna) Plot Summary

Akane, you make some valid points about "Succubus!" and SWAT Kats in general. I think most of us on this forum (including me) would have liked to see the series evolve to be more character-oriented if it had continued. The problem is that the show we as adult fans would enjoy is very diffe...

Re: The Swat Kats' origin - alternate theory

Provocative theory, Mikazo! This may have to be arranged by someone higher up than Feral. But who? Well, Callie is known to be the SWAT Kats' most loyal supporter, so to me she's the obvious candidate. P.S. EricoBard mentioned "the Bletchley Park intelligence specialists in Britain." Here'...
