Re: Upcoming On-Location Projects

Someone mentioned this over on Discord while discussing the Succubi script..... The question was if they had any sketches or Character development art of the unfinished episodes laying around. That would be awesome.

Re: Discord Server

I jumped in the last two days on Discord...I observed, participated a bit. It's probably where I'm too old or something ... but I am going to kinda stay back here on the forums. LOL. Discord is too fast for me and feels everywhere and overwhelming. So... all you youngin's have fun over there on Disc...

Re: Drawing... where to start?

I always found that “How to Draw....” books were always helpful. You can find them online. If it’s how to draw comics... I learned from “How to draw comics the Marvel Way”. Then I just discovered my own ways of doing things and learned my own style. And then just used photography or other art for po...

Re: Work I normally do

You got some mad skills on the scratch board. They all look so realistic. I’ve never used a scratch board and like MoDaD mentions... I could image it’s like working backwards, like having a negative. I think my fav is that one of the woods. Have you ever thought about drawing a realistic Kat like ve...

Re: screen caps of my terible fan animation

I am sticking to my guns. And that’s ok. We all have our point of views. The subject had been brought up again about tracing and it being used as a teaching tool. I was just trying to say when tracing is ok as a learning tool and when it should no longer be used. Once you are ready to display a fin...

Re: screen caps of my terible fan animation

Tracing and the controversy of if its cheating and if its a tool for learning. I see this all over the place. And for me as an artist. It is a touchy subject. Honestly, I traced when I was in 3rd grade. I traced a whole TMNT comic. It was easy. It looked pretty. It was perfect. I showed friends… I w...
