Minus the rat. Also although the notes say to get rid of the dead alligators, they didn't. They're still there. They also never added more bottles. Basically apart from nixing the rat it seems like it's exactly the same, whoever's notes those are notwithstanding.

However, you'll notice that the equipment on the table in closeup doesn't quite match it in the long shot.

Here's one I missed from The Giant Bacteria where the refinery and part of the city is shown during Morbulus's escape:

Y'know, Megakat City sure is a filthy place sometimes. Especially thanks to the sketchy backgrounds, which give the city a very rough, grimy, dirty and unpleasant feeling, even in ostensibly more upscale places, sort of like the really trashy Gotham City in Tim Burton's Batman. I often feel like I need a good dose of Dr. Zyme's antibiotics after just watching some episodes.

I've assembled these two panoramas recently and never would have thought that the perspective can change so much just because the scene is moving.
Luckily it wasn't much of an issue for the Megakat Tower office scene, but the "season intro one"-scene gave me quite a headache and I had to cheat in order to "fix" some issues concerning the perspective.
Maybe someone who has more experience with image processing tools could create a better result for that one.

Looks like it's still there...

...but for some reason the link on swatkats.info is incorrect. Should be pointed here:

I'm betting my 404 redirects got lost sometime late last year.
