If I had to do some SWAT Kats posters for a movie, these pictures can give you an idea of the style I would go for.

These are made of already existing images compiled to make a single image with some text added. Nothing is his original work. There’s no Turbokat, there’s a human face in one... only thing that would cause anyone to think it’s SWAT Kats related is the text. This doesn’t classify as fan art IMO.
