The first one is dedicated to the jazzstep genre.
"Jazzy dubstep"? Well, not really. Before the dubstep craze there was a genre of drum and bass that incorporated jazz. Today it's morphed into the liquid funk genre, but the earlier stuff is the distinct (albeit subtly) jazzstep genre.

The next genre playlist I have is dedicated to the short-lived illbient subgenre. If you've never heard of it, that's okay. RateYourMusic defines illbient as:
Most of the stuff has a hint of industrial sound to it, but my playlist includes a particular one called "Northwest 37th" which is very nice. This playlist also includes a piece I used in a low-quality SWAT Kats AMV I've made. Try guessing which piece it is.A primarily urban style which arose in New York City in the early '90s, combining elements of Ambient soundscapes and Hip Hop, using Dub's disorienting production techniques.
