#3 MegaKat's local cops don't even blink when they see live skeletons roving around. Buddies just shot them down an moved on like the sky was blue. Is this entire city full of badasses? Have they come across such ghouls before to react in such a nonplussed manner?
This actually struck me as hilarious when I rewatched it as an adult. They're just so jaded they don't even care.

They do seem exceptionally nonplussed at the situation, though I suppose it's only fitting seeing as this is a city that by this point has been subjected to threats by both Dark Kat and Dr. Viper that no doubt have had at least parallel weirdness. And, as others have pointed out elsewhere, that is one of the few situations the Enforcers are shown capably handling a threat on their own.

Which makes me wonder if those two took the Key and Peele TSA exam...

No. But he is in this episode. He shows up outside the museum and tries to make the Pastmaster give up the book.

I've had those characters happen in scripts. That guy that's always around doing important things and doesn't have a name. Then you give him a name and he becomes even more awesome.

I'll go with "Steve" for now.

Well, for now we have Sgt. Brady and Chopper pilot # 1 Steve. Now we need to name the other one.

Give them the most innocuous, domestic, everyday names possible.

Maybe super British like Floyd, Donovan or Baily.
